I just got home from working out @ Planet Fitness. Ahhhhhhhhh! I feel so good! I started with the treadmill. I walked 1.7 miles in 44 minutes. Then I went to the bike and did that for 15 minutes. I forgot how far I went. Then I attempted the elliptical I think it was called. The one where your arms and legs are going at the same time. I lasted 5 minutes on that one! I'm nor coordinated enough for that one just yet! lol I finished off with the 30 minute express station. It's 20 different stations. 10 machines, 10 steps to do and/or rest. It's just like Curves. I need to weigh myself. I forgot to do that. I started another blog just to keep track of working out and trying to lose weight. Once I finish getting it set up I'll share the link. :) Now I'm off to shower and go to sleep!!
